This motion normally forces the property owner to pay the monies due the association.

Eviction

If a property owner refuses to move after the foreclosure, we also handle the eviction litigation to remove the individuals from the property.

Personal Lawsuits

Some assessment collection cases reach the point where a property owner walks away from the property after we have completed the foreclosure process,

The only remedy to collect the delinquent assessments is to file a Personal Lawsuit against the individual who owed the assessments.
